When you are told that your car is ready, you don't expect to find this. Sloppy, poor workmanship from what appears to be an organization that is not about the people. In this time we are to cooperate for success not be obstructive and frankly gross and unkind. Poor communication, unkind, unhelpful. BMW and Mini need to thoroughly vet this shop for competency and quality.

I love everyone who works here and they are very helpful. However, the men at the sales desk did NOT wear masks AT ALL while in the building. Which I find to be incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful.

My wife and I went in yesterday for an oil change because the mechanic we had originally gone to would not work on the car because it was a Mini. I called Keeler service at 9am and they were able to get us in at 10:45am. Being our first time there they went thru our car from top to bottom making sure everything was OK. Kurt from service took excellent care of us. While waiting we spoke with Jordan from sales. Jordan love our Baker Street edition and showed us some of the new models on the lot, never once pressuring us to buy. We have nothing but praise for Keeler Mini. Being new to the area, we originally went to a mechanic that a close friend recommended and he turn out to be a dud. Our Mini has found a new care center in Keeler, THANK YOU.

Poor quality and server overall not happy. They refuse to fix sloppy work. Very unprofessional, seems to be a small operation with not a lot of know how when it comes to repair and support. I think they may have sent my car to the Merc mechanics based on the floor may cover left in my car. They will not tell me the work that was actually done or speak to Mini corporate to resolve the issue. See you in court!
