Patrick and Steven were very professional and respectful of my time, while I was working from home. They worked well together as a team, and courteously gave me periodic updates on the work performed. This was a large task for them, a removal of old A/C, heating system, and duct work and then an installation of a new A/C, heating system, and complete duct work, all in very cold weather, while having to listen to my dogs bark, a lot! I had a lot of anxiety about this big investment; however, these two technicians quickly put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better team to come work in my home, and all finished right before the holidays. Thank you so very much, Roger!

John was professional and very good at explaining the issue with my units and what this would mean in time and repairs. The guy who came with him, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, was also very professional. The were very careful putting shoe covers on so as not to scratch my floors and were very aware of where their ladder was while moving it around the house, meaning I didn't have to worry about them hitting anything. Great experience over all and highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with this company! My HVAC went out in the afternoon and I was able to schedule an emergency appointment on the same day, which was also a holiday weekend. Walt was my technician and he quickly assessed the problem, fixed the issue, and got my system back up and running. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Your crew, Pat, Stephen and Brian, over a 4-day installation period were extremely professional and always available to answer questions and offer information related to the new second-floor HVAC system. Also, your sales manager, Roger Proffitt, guided the whole process and in a professional and helpful manner. I would recommend any one of these gentlemen to a future customer. In addition, Jason, was here to replace a broken inducer fan in the first-floor HVAC system. Jason is your superstar by any measure. His professionalism and helpful manner is far above commonplace.
