Simply the best auto-repair service - e.v.e.r The guy by a name Artur was amazing, he deserves a raise or at least a position in presidency. Was professional, fast, quick to reply - and speaks perfect English. And most importantly, the problem was resolved. Aaaaand - my car was washed??? Where else can you expect something like this. I would just go again, to check my car - and experience this service again and again. Coming from Lithuania, and more than happy to be in Germany, and especially to be amazed by this amazing service, and Artur - all were amazing. Stay as cool as you are, and may God bless Artur and his family - and BMW business.

Really good professionals. I bought a car and I was delighted with a really good customer service, as well as a kindness when treating and handling a new contract.
