The visit to Maritime Museum was really very nice and quite informative. There were submarines, warship, airplane, rockets and torpedoes and their launchers. There was also erected a Lighthouse, very beautifully lit giving the look of a real one in the ocean. Interesting in the museum was a mammoth painting of the first Muslim invader to the sub-continent, Muhammad bin Qasim narrating a brief history of the invasion. I must say, the most important aspect of the museum was that the submarines, warship and aircraft were open for the visitors who could personally go inside them and acquaint themselves about their operations. On the whole, it was a memorable experience.

It is a good and historic place to visit. If you love your country and want to see how our country's navy is serving us since Pakistan came into being you got goosebumps and feel courageous. Love to visit their again and again

A very nice and well-maintained museum from Pakistan Navy. Due to the quiet and calm atmosphere there you surely feel relaxed and peaceful being there. This is also a really good place you can take your family for a small trip especially your children. Most of the things are very well maintained and well kept. It has number of naval equipment, vessels and personnel. The historical details are nicely mentioned providing accurate information. There are actual models of submarine, airplane and a small ship which visitors can go inside. The parking space is also huge. There is a documentary about Pakistan navy which is continuously being played inside the submarine and airplane. There are several other things which people find really interesting. I guess the only problem there is that they do not allow food to be taken there which becomes hard time for the people who come there to spend long time.

A very beautiful well maintained museum same as anyone can imagine from a institute like Navy. Weapons are elaborated in very well manner. There is a decommissioned submarine there with a ticket price of 20/-. Park is peacefull and quite. There is a gallery and history corridor of karachi in main hall. Atlantic model navy plane is also there with ticket of 20/-. Parking is ample and wide. Entry ticket in museum is 60/- for adults.

Great place to take kids and go for a walk out. The only downside is the place swarms with mosquitoes as soon as it's evening. They really need to spray the area.

Although it is a museum with historical significance of Pakistan navy related matters. It has number of naval equipment, vessels and personnel ,there are multiple issues that are unjustified. The positives are : it is well maintained, well kept and clean. The historical details are well mentioned which provides accurate information. There is an actual model of submarine, airplane and a small ship which visitors can go inside. There is ample parking space, lawns are big enough and free for children to run around. There is a documentary about Pakistan navy constantly being played inside the submarine and airplane. There is also is an interesting Anelemmatic Sundial on which you can stand and witness it showing the correct time. The negatives are : Visitors are not allowed to bring in their food and this is a very bad thing because if we have to go to picnic here so food has to be bought from inside. Visitors have to buy additional ticket to visit submarine and airplane that is you have to buy an entrance ticket on general and to see submarine and plane you again have to buy additional ticket. Though ticket prices are nominal 20 RS. Couldn't find a shade to sit although there are benches everywhere.
