When working with Spencer with Kansas City Testing & Engineering he was very informative and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Spencer worked after normal business hours to provide me with a detailed proposal accommodating my needs. He surpassed all expectations and worked to ensure I was taken care of during a stressful time. Spencer followed up to make sure all my needs were met and then was able to provide more information and recommendations for moving forward. I will keep him in mind for any future projects and he will be the first one I call!

I love KC Testing & Engineering. They have done such a great job for me from Phase I and Phase II to concrete testing. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional and informative. I will absolutely use them for future projects.

Beware if you use this company. They could mess up your closing even though no issues are found in an attempt to get additional work .

Buyer beware , this company conducts limited actual discovery and uses there limited information to try to force you into a Phase 2 so they get more work. If you are working with a bank be very careful if working with this company.
