Very hospitable customer service at affordable price

Doesn't follow proper COVID-19 precautions ( employees don't wear gave masks) even after government advisory to follow safety precautions. No difference in the quilt t-shirts that I submitted. Washing machine at home is more competent than these people.

Sent a bed cover for dry cleaning and came back first time with almost nothing done and more than a week after the given date. However, Queen's Laundry agreed to redo it for free and had done a much better job the second time. Would have given 5 stars if not for the delays and having to redo it properly the second time, so there is room for improvement.

The service they provide is well up to standards. They provide one day service as well as standard service. Limited parking slots are available at the property. But the space to park is very small. The customer care is gentle and attentive. Altogether a good place.

Not a professional service. Wasting too much of time and girls at the front are not friendly at all. They don’t have good hospitality for the customers. Sry cleaning and pressing is really good.
