Horrible service. It’s not that they’re not nice, they’re just extremely untruthful and will tell you whatever nonsense they can think of get your mind off of what you want. Fact checking is easy, though they don’t seem to realize it. If you’re a woman you’ll probably want to avoid them entirely, given that they won’t be listening to you anyhow.

Totally satisfied with the consultation and even more satisfied with the ring. It was important to me to choose an engadgement Ring and they made everything really easy and orientated me to define the ring I wanted, we made one from scratch and I din't feel any pressure or feeling that they were trying to make me choose because of the price, just what would make me happy. There was also a missunderstanding from my part when we defined the ring concerning the wished delivery date and they even managed to have it done before planned to satisfy my requested date. The best thing is my fiancé loved the ring even more! :) totally recommended!
