This was my second time using this shipper. Their quoting system was quick and easy to use. They kept us up to speed with what was happening, with items being picked up from an auction house, packed up (very carefully) in an excellent box, and then passed to the delivery service. Items arrived in perfect condition on the day expected.

My package is worth a considerable amount of money, I paid extra for insurance. The delivery man rang the doorbell and was walking away to his van. He was going to leave it there!!! What if I had not been home? Or someone had stolen it ? I understand the covid rules, he could have stood well back and waited to see if anyone was home. He didnt even check my name. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend.
