I have been a client of Alan’s for approximately a year. Just Fit is an excellent facility and Alan keeps you on track to accomplish your personal goals. I have been a client of Alan’s for a little over two years. While training with Alan at Just Fit I have learned proper form for a variety of exercises, how to create an exercise routine, and proper nutrition, all while maintaining my goal of losing weight and building lean muscle. I've been working out with Alan at Just Fit for a few years now. He is an amazing trainer who knows how to tailor a workout to your specific needs. He holds me accountable, which is key for me as a full time professional. It's not just a 30 minute workout...He has me complete an entire warm up routine prior to the start of the training session. The warm up includes cardio and dynamic stretching that prepares my muscles for the workout ahead. The workout doesn't end after 30 minutes - Alan makes sure that I have additional stations to complete, and also assigns me cardio. From day 1 with Alan to now, I look and feel 10 times better. I find myself completing workouts that I didn't know I was capable of. He keeps challenging me, and that's why I keep coming back. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!
As a 64-year-old woman with osteoporosis and not a lot of physical ability, I wasn't sure how strength and cardio training would suit me. After a year and a half of twice a week sessions with Allan, I can honestly say, I've never been in better physical shape. My doctor and my family were constantly encouraging me to find some exercise program that I could enjoy and would stick with. From the first day, I felt like Allan was as concerned about my physical health as my doctor and my family. And that type of concern, along with his encouragement has no doubt helped with my success thus far. And to top it off, i have made good friends with some other long time exercise clients.
