After speaking with about 10 companies, this is the one to go with. I was pleasantly surprised. I've called maybe about 10 deck companies and Just docks and Seawall were the only ones who were no haggle, no bs, no agenda. Gave me the most honest breakdown of pricing and there was no pressure to commit. I really appreciated their honesty, they will be the first company I recommend to friends and fam.

Mike and his crew were great! Mike was very knowledgable and professional. Very prompt with responses and answered all of our questions and gave a few suggestions. He was very fairly priced as well. Also he was one of the few that even returned my call. He built a great dock that will be here for many many years to come!!
One of the best things I liked about Mike and his company was he was able to come and complete my dock a month after I contacted him. The price was right and the work was exceptional.
Mike is NOT a licensed contractor. Cost me thousands of dollars. When the city put a \stop work\ sticker on my door Mike disappeared and phone calls were not answered. The work was not up to code and engineers would not sign off. Had to bring in a licensed contractor to pull the permit and edo\ the work properly. Lost 7k on the first draw. This is your warning. Stay away.
Mike is awesome. My project was open for ideas and he came with plenty! Once we decided on the direction he was flexible and constantly looking for feedback. He came up with other ideas as he went along that - while they added to my cost - were terrific and I realized I didn't want to live without. His pricing is very fair and payment timing reasonable. The work quality was first rate and a few misses here and there were quickly corrected at no charge. Best of all, he was in constant communication with me. While I was working he would send photos showing progress or occasionally to ask a question. He is coming back for \phase 2\ now and I can't wait for him to get started!
