Jonathan fitted a log burner for us approximately 2 years ago which developed an unusual fault with the stove pipe. I called him up and he was round the next day to fix the issue free of charge – I can’t say fairer than that! That’s what good old-fashioned customer service looks like……Thanks Johnathan!
