I find that the receptionists are high handed and verging on rude. Their telephone manner leaves much to be desired and they do nothing to alleviate patients' concerns. The practice manager is a part time worker which is very frustrating. I have been with the practice for many years and the doctors and nursing staff have always been great. Just need to improve the first point of contact.

Phoned at 830 am just to be told by the receptionist who isn't medically qualified that I can't get an appointment because it's not an emergency.

Would give no stars if possible. My 93 year old father was treated shockingly by one of the doctors. Not only was she EXTREMELY rude to me when I was very worried about him but did not think he needed to go to hospital. He died two days later and what he was experiencing was a catastrophic brain event which damaged his heart and caused multiple organ failure!!!!!!!! He was terribly agitated and frightened and doctor did not think appropriate to give him any treatment. I WILL be putting in a formal complaint about this doctor.
