I think John and his crew can fix anything! And they have a great selection of new and used sewing machines. They had in stock parts for my current machine that would have taken weeks to get ordered online. And the price for the parts was less than the online with shipping. It is well worth the 65 minute drive from where I live in the middle of farm-country to go there.

I was so glad to find this company who could work on my beloved 75-year-old Pfaff! They gave an estimate of repair time and then called today, a week ahead of time to say it was ready. He fixed things that needed fixing and cleaned it all up. The staff also have helpful tips on what supplies to use that will give me optimum performance from my machine, which I really appreciated. They also gave me a resource to get my good sewing scissors sharpened which needed it badly, and now they all cut beautifully. Really recommend John's Sewing Machine Repair!
I drove an hour to get to John's thinking all the way that I would have to leave my machine with them. I really didn't want to but I was having problems with it and I thought it would require repair as well as maintenance. When I arrived I explained that I had spoke to Kelly on the phone previously. One of the store Associates carried the machine in for me and Kelly looked at it right then. Fortunately, it was a matter of operator ignorance and Kelly taught me a few thing about my machine that I wasn't aware of. All of the Associates were so kind and I was so grateful to Kelly for looking at my machine while I was there and I left with it and was able to continue with my projects. I would recommend John's Sewing Machine Repair to anyone needing service for any type machine. I have a Bernina and through research I found out that they were the closest authorized repair for Bernina. I saw many types of machines as there were a couple other ladies there to have their machines looked at. They have quite a nice selections of machines for sale and every available wall was full of notions for sale.
