We were supposed to start building in June. It’s October and they have yet to get the permit to build our house. No one communicates with us about the progression unless we reach out. It’s been a really disheartening process and I wish we had read the reviews.

Terrible build quality on a 500k home even. Uneven walls and un-finished work. Picture attached of how they did the roof and will not cover the damage now from leveling a corner wide open
