John, the relentless machine... Super responsive, always arrives as agreed, finishes in a jiffy, leaving a clean quality job behind. Helped us out with a last minute job, not only laying 600sqft of Quickstep, but also came back several times to help with rectifying planks damaged by a careless relative (planks that were \conveniently\ located in the worst possible spot on the floor plan). Would definitely recommend in a heartbeat and will work with again when the time comes for the next house improvement project!
