have brought my range rover sport 171 for diagnostic check and i was told it will cost 280 plus vat on the phone so i book the diagnostic and the day i brought my car in for the diagnostic i was told same thing that it will cost me 280 vat. And i will get a call before 4:00pm. And i got a call around 4:00pm and told the machinic is still checking the car and need more time to find the issue and i said ok. But today on Monday the 15/2/21 i went to collect the car and the invoice i got it was for 635 and i ask the staff there why the cost is so high as i was told it will cost 280 vat and its double the money you are looking for and he said we charge per hour as car took more then 4 hrs. and he is giving me favor to charge me less but my concern is I was told diagnose charge is 280 vat and i am after paying 635. I am not not happy at all.

...while I think Land Rover worldwide need to seriously reconsider how they communicate with customers in terms of car requirements and pricing and the time it takes to get a car serviced, I think this garage is one of the very best examples out there in terms of customer service and friendliness, not to mention the convenience they can sometimes offer in dropping you to the airport when the car is in... my car is a little older now and off warranty so I only deal with parts from time to time and the lads there are absolutely brilliant to deal with... keep up the super work...
