I would NEVER purchase a used car from Jim Vreeland Ford again after my terrible experience. The car needed multiple repairs by the time I got it home, including a leaking drain plug from an oil change they performed. The salesperson, Steve Eittreim, and dealership lied to me when they said they'd fix a chip in the windshield before I took delivery. (I drove down 200 miles the day before, checked out the car and paid for it, with the written provision that they'd repair the windshield) I stayed overnight in Solvang and when I picked it up the next day, they claimed that they had done the repair. When I showed them the chip was still there, they claimed the repair eeded to dry or cure.\ To give it a day or two. When I wrote Steve Eittreim about it and my other problems, he gave me the typical used car salesperson BS runaround. Jim Vreeland Ford did not live up to their contract. They did not deliver a car with a good windshield. They turned their back on the problem and ignored it. Car dealerships and car salespersons who cheat their customers give a bad name to an industry that has struggled to shake off stereotypes. I would never recommend this dealership to my friends or family. I would never purchase a used car from them after my experience.

Never buy anything from their website! I have had nothing but trouble, here’s what happened. On their website they didn’t specify that a product was only available for local pickup so I assumed it would be delivered to me, so I put in my address, they charge me for shipping and everything looks normal. I get an email from them ,specifically a woman named Maira on Sept 28 saying that my order was only available for local pickup. I live to far for that so I said ok just cancel that part of my order, she didn’t respond so I looked on the website and that product had been removed from my order but I hadn’t gotten a refund. I then emailed her back on the same day (Sept 28th) asking about the refund. She responded two days later on Sept 30th saying I am going to be receiving a refund for 289.36 on Oct 1st, so I thought ok problem with resolved. Than Oct 4th came and still nothing so I emailed her again asking about the refund, It’s now Oct 7th and she hasn’t responded. I am most likely just going to dispute the charge through my bank because this is ridiculous. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and this dealership and their website are a stain on the good Ford name!
