I received excellent service from start to finish, especially from Ashley Swords. Ashley went above and beyond throughout the entire process! My Audi looks like new after they repaired the rear bumper when some ran into me. Highly recommend!!

Was not impressed by their service at all. Came in for a simple bumper repair. Was repeatedly told that I would be able to pay by the credit card of the carwash that damaged my car. I was told the repair would take 5-8 business days which was in actuality 2.5 weeks. I had to reach out to them to get any updates on the car and they often time did not return my call. Once the repairs were done, I was told that he would not accept credit card until I hassled him to keep his word. After I eventually got my car back, there was multiple places where the bumper was damaged....the same bumper that I had gone in to get replaced.

They broke a drip channel retainer bracket on my 2009 A3 that I had repaired there two years ago. This bracket literally costs 2 to replace BUT instead of replacing the bracket they broke they used double sided tape to keep the drip channel in place. Obviously when the tape gets old and the drip channel heats up when the car stands in the sun for a while the double-sided tape loses its grip and the drip channel pops out of place. If they cut corners on a 2 retainer bracket it makes you wonder what else they're cutting corners on. Images: The drip channel lifting up because the double sided tape is not keeping the drip channel in place anymore, me lifting up the drip channel where you can see the rear retainer bracket it missing with blotches on the body where the double sided tape was (I removed the double sided tape so I can install a new bracket), last image is the 2 retainer that they should have just replaced on the rear part of the drip channel to properly hold the drip channel in place.

Brandon Mueller took excellent care of me! He was courteous, professional, and efficient. He was able to get me seen the very same day I called and kept me notified on the progress of my repairs. He explained in clear detail what they would do to repair my car and afterwards he again explained what was done and assured me everything went as planned. I would use Jim Ellis Collision Center again and would recommend them to friends and family. They will not disappoint!
