Terry was terrific. This was our first Crown of Light diamond and he explained in detail the cut and that it was a recognized brand name (patented design). He answered all of our questions about the diamond and the appraisal process. We really appreciated that he took the time to ask us about when and where we bought diamond. While there, he cleaned my diamond ring. What a difference it made. He said anytime we are in the area to stop in and they'd clean our jewelry. As we were leaving, we told him about all the positive reviews that we read Google prior to our visit and let him know we he exceeded them. What a terrific guy. PS - We also met Karen, she also was very nice and friendly.

My appointment was easy to make and they were great in working with my schedule. They were very professional and friendly. The appraisal took maybe an hour, which I spent shopping at the nearby Friendly Center. Once they were done, I received detailed appraisals with explanations. The whole process was made so simple and easy by them. I would definitely recommend seeing them for any appraisal needs.
