Car was having trouble needed a auto part, they said 30-45 min on Friday night... They were here in 20 min, driver took me straight to where I needed to go...back to our car in under 45 minutes. Life savers!

We have used Jeff's cab and shuttle service twice in the last month to go to and from Bush Airport from Gaveston. The first time was a pick up for a 6 am flight and the pick up time was 3:00 am. My wife was traveling alone and was a bit nervous with such an early morning pick up. But the experience turned out to be first class all the way...from Jeff's professional demeanor when booking, to the on time pick up and his continual communication. He called a couple days before departure to confirm, called the day before departure and early the day of departure. Oh, and did I mention that he also has fair prices. Pick up from Bush was an equally pleasant experience with clear communication as to where to meet him. If you need transportation in the Galveston area, I highly recommend you ride with Jeff, his company is the only one I will be using.

The ride I experience with Jeff Cab was the best cab ride I've ever experienced.. The cab was extremely clean and it smelled great.. The cab driver Jeff was very nice and he took the fastest route for a cheaper rate.. He also explained that I should sign up for \211\ to be able to get off the island before a storm hit.. I'm grateful to have rode with him being my driver.. Very informative!!!

I appreciate the fact that my driver was so patient with me. My grandfather is disabled and it takes me a while to get him to the cab. The driver got out and opened the door for him. She even asked to put his walker in the trunk by I insisted. Shortly after my granddad had to go to the restroom and she kindly pulled to a gas station and allowed him to free himself. She was very friendly and I would recommend Jeff's to anyone who would prefer a comfortable cab ride with a PLEASANT driver. 2 THUMBS UP!!!!!
