I've had several conversations with Patrick, from pump installation to water testing to troubleshooting, and he's been excellent and friendly every time. I had an appointment for them to come assess my well as I lost my pump. The appointment was at 9am. I stayed at home all day waiting. I made several calls to inquire why they weren't showing up and left messages. No reply and no show. After 5pm I left them a message to tell them forget it. They are lucky to get one star as that was the only option to write this.
