We have just completed our sale of a 5 bed flat through JP, with the help of Stephanie and Josh at the Clapham branch. I can't speak more highly of the service we received ... it was a complicated transaction (as they all are in their own way) taking place during the Covid pandemic so it definitely wasn't easy! We had an offer within days, which was impressive by itself. Then Josh and the rest of the JP team, were highly proactive or reassuringly calm, as needed, through to completion. Highly recommend these guys!

Edward was simply brilliant! Cannot fault any part of the sales process with James Pendleton. My large 4 bed flat sold within 4 days in late 2019. However, Edward was the star of the show. When the lovely first time buyers had a few nervous twitches he was there with sensible suggestions, when I got a bit stroppy about time taken there was quiet encouragement and gentle management always moving the process forwards without being 'bossy'. Edward left all (buyers and me the seller) happy and pleased with the outcomes.

David provided probably the best service possible whilst going through the process of buying our first flat together. David was very responsive and knowledgable, he did everything in his power to progress the transaction. David knew the intricacies of each property we visited and was able to help us end up with exactly what we wanted by taking the time to understand what we were looking for an match it to what was on the books.
