If I could give 10 stars I certainly would. My car looks amazing after the accident. The body works repairs that James Lyons done were amazing left me speechless. They also valeted my car fantastic. They are a highly professional company with an extremely pleasant attitude, when I was so distressed about my car accident they put me at ease. Kept me up to date with the progress. Effortless for me, but they went 110%. Fantastic customer service and highly skilled technicians. Highly recommend to anyone James Lyons Coachworks, friendly professional local company. I can't thank you enough.

First class service! Very friendly staff, who don't patronise you just because you're a woman. I took my car in to have the steering wheel replaced, and when I picked it up, they had also seen to the large dent in my roof, at no extra cost! Very happy customer indeed, and would highly recommend this garage.

Poor quality repair. Not all damage has been repaired, and the bumper that was replaced is poorly fitted, not aligned with the bonnet or the wings. The spray job is okay, one side is has ‘orange peel’ texture. When I pointed this out, the guy lifted the bonnet and started trying to bend/flex it into position, unsuccessfully. He then claimed that the misalignment is nothing to do with the accident I had, despite having had a head on collision! None of the mechanical damage has been dealt with, steering feels very rough, and some very strange noises are emanating from under the bonnet. The car feels generally unsafe. Car will now be repaired properly by BMW. Avoid at all costs, especially if having insurance work done.
