Do not use this company for relationship fidelity polygraphs. They (and in particular Jeremy who is owner/director) are not experienced in this field though they claim to be. My wife and I used him for our polygraph and the results showed that I failed even though I knew it was wrong. Jeremy showed no sensitivity at all in this process and even remarked that my reaction could not be of a person being wrongly accused. Thankfully we had the means to use another polygrapher who was experienced in this and I passed. Showing that the process as Jeremy ran it was fallible. Taking a polygraph is difficult enough as it is to not have to endure injury from the subjugating words of an unprofessional polygrapher. I have provided specific complaints to the governing bodies they are signed up to but remarkably a number of them do not even have a complaints/grievance process. When using polygraphers you are at the mercy of their experience, integrity and care. Do not use this one. Based on the above you can determine for yourself whether they have the professionalism to conduct criminal or any other type of polygraphs for you. Oh btw, the author of the other review given a 5* has the same surname as the polygrapher so I can only imagine that it is a fake review from a family member. Again, do not use!
