I have no words to say but a horrible place to work. They let me go because I was 5 minutes late and I told my HR what was going on and they went to the staffing agency I went through and said I left early one time which never happened my time clock shows everything and they didn’t receive any of my messages!

This job is very bad to work at. Not because of the work or company, but the management that works there. Let me start with facts. 1. The plant manager is sleeping with production manager. The plant manager is not married, and allows the production manager to fire anyone she deems unfit. She only does this when she is challenged by someone who constantly works hard or asks to speak to someone highrr than her. 2. The company allows those exposed or known to have COVID-19, to take product home an work on it. Despite the fact that they could expose others to becoming infected. 3. They show no remorse for how hard the job really is, when there is a lack of employees on certain shifts. They also have no rules or regulations about phones. Which you are allowed to listen to music, but if they do not like you or feel that you are a threat to them, they'll use the excuse of the phone being used. 4. Again management is a real issue. They have no idea what they are doing, and literally wing it on a daily basis. I have no grudge to the company, for if allows back, I would change it for the better. However, all those that come in the morning have literally no idea what they're doing. 5. They owe peopel 2 incentives for working through this pandemic and offer no services to those that are working. When there was outbreak at the job, they did not do anything to let people know. Instead they kept their doors open. Also the information contained about this, was passed down by other employees. 6. The fact they have been able to get away with this and no one says anything in fear of their job is ridiculous. I will be posting this on every social media site and also given documents to news agencies all over Tennessee and Continental United States. I am ashamed that People are fired for \being on their phone\.. when in fact it is just an excuse.

Terrible place to work they treat employees like door mats, don’t give raises , no room to grow with the company. Osha concerns and safety concerns as well . Show favoritism, management has no communication skills, HR repeats everything you say
