I have eaten here two times, and service is very very slow. The server seem to be off her game, and I almost walked out. The food is normally good at most red lobsters? Not today because the seafood was over cooked, but yet my baked potato was cold as ice!

UPDATE** I tried reaching out as asked but the url has an error code. I would be more than happy to give further details about this staff if I was directed to a correct destination. I only put 1 star so I could review this restaurant. I am traveling to Orange Beach for the weekend and staying nearby for the evening. Decided to eat here and should have walked away before being seated but choose to give the benefit of the doubt while standing at front for over 5 minutes. Turns out the hostess was visiting in back when a waiter asked her if anyone was working the front. She then let us know twice she didn't want to walk back there pointing at the the back while seating is. We were given plastic utensils. Chick-fil-A gives better utensils than we were given!! We chose once again to stay when we asked if we could have real silverware. Our waitress seemed put off and spoke very quietly. After taking another 7 minutes we got up and left!! All we ordered was two glasses of water!. No mixed drinks that we could have dismissed for taking so long. We couldn't imagine how long our food would take to arrive. I cannot imagine how much worse the service would have been. We didn't stick around to find out and I would recommend that you don't either.
First time for us to go out to eat in awhile, it was nice
We came in around 8 and they gave us a 40 minute wait. They are scheduled to close at 10. Even though we came in around the time they were pretty much closing, the food was hot and amazing! The service was great also!
The hostess and the waitress are very friendly and the food is amazing. Everything melts in your mouth it's so good. They are very clean with wiping down the tables and everything else.
