Basecamp Borealis

This is what you get with a Jack White Real Estate rental. It's 11:30 at night and my washer has flooded my kitchen, AGAIN. They still haven't fixed the leak in my bathroom fan that drips water anytime it rains or snows, the massive pipe in the bedroom that goes across the entire room and leads outside has to have a towel around it at all times or it leaks on the bed and bedside table (not to mention forming icicles inside the bedroom when it's cold), the shower head broke and now hangs down because they wouldn't replace the bracket that holds it upright, the towel rod tore out of the wall and can no longer hold a towel...and nothing is done about it. I take that back, they did replace the dishwasher after a month of complaining and threateninging not to pay full rent, and the kitchen faucet was replaced after it broke and sprayed water sideways. But it somehow falls on me to schedule and work with the repairmen, and my landlord doesn't answer when I ask him why things aren't fixed. I'm at my breaking point. I'm paying 1300/mo and this is what I get??
