Ital ceramics has a larger range of high quality tiles and reasonably priced. Staff are always professional with myself and clients I refer.
This is common practise across the tile industry. I'm a commercial tile fixer and doesn't matter what quantities your order large or small everyone wants payment upfront. I guess it's the world we live in today a lot of dishonest people.
Got tesselated tiles from here and gave exact measurements, however, the tile size was wrong; so we had to cut a huge amount of the tiles. As they had allowed for 2mm grout, but tesselated dont have grout. Then when I ran 17 tiles short from around 2000 laid from their layout I had to pay 110 more. As for the customer service it was good but I am very unhappy with paying for their mistakes.

Worst service Did not like how one of the staff was following me around, can't buy single tiles, can't TAKE A SAMPLE to show my partner. SO RUDE NEVER STEP INTO THIS SHOP AGAIN!
