I hired a SWB from Cole and they had no issues with me being under 25. I collected the van safely and without contact in the morning and dropped it off the same day in the same manor. Great team and efficient handling of the booking during Covid times

Fantastic customer service. Kesh was really helpful and friendly throughout. We decided to hire a short Luton Van for a house move for the day. The rates were very affordable and the location is easily accessible. They were also very accommodating - we originally booked to collect the van at 10am but unfortunately, we ended up running late by 2 hours. No trouble at all - the clock starts ticking from the time you pick up. Highly recommended - So pleased we went for this option and would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you

Amazing service, helped me out massively, got me out of a very stressful situation. I had originally booked a van with Enterprise. They were more expensive but didn't ask for as big of a deposit. Looking back through it it turns out the deposit is the same, Cole hire are just more transparent in their wording. On the day of my house move, I arrived to pick up the van from Enterprise to be told it had been in an accident and they didn't have one to replace it. They had called me the night before but hadn't left a message and I get a lot of missed calls. Being very stressed I called Cole hire, I spoke to Nicki who was able to tell me exactly what I needed to provide, and had a van ready for me. It was bigger than I had originally booked and was 90 instead of 170 from Enterprise so cheaper as well. She was very helpful and within half an hour I was there getting everything sorted. Kesh and Nicki talked me through everything with the booking and even offered to stay late as I was now running behind, so I didn't have to pay for an extra day. The last guy, whose name I never caught, quickly went round and dissinfected the van, he also showed me exactly how to use the tail lift etc and made it all very simple. On return they checked everything over and didn't take a penny from the deposit. I wouldn't use any other company again, I'll be straight onto these guys! very helpful, genuine people and incredibly reasonable on price. Thank you again!
