I am extremely happy with how professional this company is, they delivered my piano in perfect condition and so quickly! They carried up allot of stairs which I thought impossible as so tight!! I had a short notice to move a heavy wooden piano to my flat (2nd floor with no lift). I called a couple of companies from 8am. They were asking to talk to the PA to book a date, to discuss the price or call during the opening hour. Piano Moving Company had a mobile & a landline. When I dial the mobile around 9am, Allan did not ask a question and told me: \Is tomorrow 9AM convenient for you?\ and gave me his price (which was by far better than others companies). When the competition suggested 3 people minimum, Piano Moving Company told me 2 people are enough. At 8:55 Piano Moving Company team was at the pick up point. At 9h15 Allan and team were on the way to my address. 10AM, the job was finished. WOW! Allan and his colleague are PROFESSIONAL. ON TIME, VERY POLITE, RESPECTFUL (of my family and my neighbors), STICK TO HIS WORDS (no hidden fees). THANK YOU PIANO MOVING COMPANY.
Had a baby grand moved into a house with some tricky, narrow corners, but the company did it very efficiently and professionally. Very helpful with moving the piano into the right space, and also pointed out a few issues to look out for and made some fixes. Extremely competitive price, too.
It's the first time I have to organise the removal of an upright piano away from a first floor flat. I must have contacted 6 removal companies for a quote. Alan of Piano Moving Company is the only company has been been helpful and prompt with his communication (I have asked tonnes of questions as I want to make sure Alan is up to the job). His quote is also competitive. Alan turned up on time, and I was concerned he came with minimal equipment. But once they got into work it is easy to see they have been moving piano for years and \they know what they are doing\. The piano was taken away with little fuss and delivered to destination with no damage. Hence, I am taking the time to write this review to say it is a job well done. If I ever need to move another piano again I know I can rely on Alan.
Alan and his team have moved not only a piano for me but heavy furniture as well. I've engaged his services at least five times now and he's always been extremely careful and reliable-- with a great attitude, always cheerful and willing to handle even tricky kinds of moves. In my opinion, his pricing is extremely fair.
