They do NOT honor the coupons in the popeyes app You have Hispanic managers & workers that's preparing food with NO MASK ON..soon she & the workers saw me trying to take her picture she hurried up and put her mask on..they spoke in Spanish as if I didn't understand what was said..YES put your mask on... And on top of that they have removed the Cajun rice off the menu completely.. Popeyes is cancelled far as Ima concern..!

Good luck getting your mobile order here. Today they made me wait almost 2 hours and offered me 3 coupon as compensation without delivering the food I ordered. Come one why would I order again when they can't even deliver my first order. I ordered at 5:41 p.m and even at 7:09 p.m they couldn't deliver the order!!
Pulled into the drive thru and asked for chicken just some bone in chicken.... they tell me the only thing they have on their menu is CHICKEN SANDWICHES... No sides, no fries, no beans and rice, No CHICKEN... I’m just not able to comprehend that... won’t be back

Customers Beware! High Covid19 transmission Risk! Tonight, I went through the drive through, and the lady at the window did not wear a mask and no gloves! She is taking cards/cash and giving our receipts and food without a mask and gloves. Plus, she used the restroom for a min, but no idea if she sanitized her hands or even washed them! Plus, working like this where customers can clearly see signs posted on the doors inside saying ''Wear a mask and gloves at all times'', ''Sanitize hands frequently''. This is totally unacceptable!! Be very careful about this location! If you see them not wearing masks and gloves or not sanitizing their hands, do point out and stress on following the rules!
