I do not recommend doing service with this company for the following reasons. I am a school teacher and they continue to break down. I have a competent repair person that has been repairing power-tools and the like for decades as his father did before him. Yet, Ironcore refuse to sell him spare parts as they want to have a monopoly on the repair of their units. As a result you have to spend unnecessary money to buy a whole handle for the sake of a 5 cent fibre washer. Our society throws enough stuff out as it is, and Ironcore is not helping the situation. I would give zero stars but I cant :(

Good old fashioned Aussie business. It was like taking a step back into the 70's. The lady that happened to see me waiting at reception, promptly attended to me, she gave me a test run on the items I needed, and got a staff member to help me load into the car. Turned out she was the Managing Director. Ahh the good old days, when customer service is NOT beneath the Managing Director. I left, feeling like I was part of their family, Fantastic!!!
