One the best car buying experiences I have ever had! My son and I live 8 hours away, so our trust in the sales person had to be there for us to make the trip. Sara quickly built that trust by answering all our questions and highlighting the good and the bad in the minivan we were looking at! Her 4 minute walk around video was thorough and on point and the \iPacket\ information they sent us had everything we needed about the van in one communication! The price negotiation was non-pressured, quick and satisfying. Jerry in finance took the time to help me educate my son on his first car purchase, that was greatly appreciated! They were also very patient waiting for us to come get the vehicle as we canceled our trip 3 times due to snow storms and schedule changes! To top it all off, Sara came in on her day off to show us the van which was in the exact condition as described and we are very happy customers. We highly recommend the team at Dale Howard.

Sara in sales was most helpful and pleasant to work with. Jerry in financing was able to secure the little bit of financing we wanted on great terms.
