Not bad. The location is close to the river and the price for a double private room was quite good. The room was quiet and big enough. We stayed one night. The communal area could be better as it’s one big corridor with TV and kitchen together and you had to go thru to get to the showers and toilets. Showers itself were good though.

So definitely smells like there's been water damage. Very musty in the main area on the first floor.kinda dingy. The sheets were clean. That's about all that was. The guy working was above me and kept me up pretty late on the second night. If you need a spot to sleep its OK but there are definitely nicer hostels.
It's a different kind of hostel. Home for those who need a place to stay. Invermere is not a easy place to find affordable housing. The options are open there.
No manned reception on arrival and phone to gain entry didn't work, waited 30min and way about to drive somewhere else when someone showed up. Room ok but communal areas in a terrible state. Unclean, dishes and garbage left laying around. No equipment in an otherwise disfunctional kitchen. Had to look around the hostel for even a cup to drink from. Felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Probably one of the worst hostels I've stayed in and I've been traveling for 5 years.
You get what you get. Place felt dirty and it was so hot inside. Gave it a 2 because it was a hostel so you do share everything with strangers. If your not aware of what one is.
There was a pool table and I beat my friend in pool also the pool table was in really good condition plus beating my friend was really entertaining.
Not a bad price, but not a lot for the money. Kitchens are less than ideal, not a great location, atmosphere is lacking.
Not very clean. Looks great on the outside not so much on the inside.
