I worked with the company from past 6 years, and it's a good company to work with, luckily I got a good team members who can work with and they always supported me to cross each hurdle, mainly my account managers(Ragini G and Pradeep), Hr Manager(Sheeja J) who always be on my side on good and hard times, and ofcourse everyone works for the money and I never got any issue with that, thanks to our admin (Prasad S). To simplify it, just trust them and they will take care of you :)

I have attended interview through Intellisoft and client selected me . but intellisoft does not provided my joining date . I worked with one of the recruiter Pratiksha - they hold me for two weeks and finally told that they are not ready to give offer to me.. This is the worst company , Money minded company. They will get more billing rate from clients and intellisoft will take all the money and they will pay very little money to employees . They will suck all the blood of employees . I recommend all the professional to stay away from this company

I had the worst experience with this recruiter \Vishali J\, she really got the poor/worst skills of talking to consultants. I can't imagine why someone could hire people like this, if they can't handle consultants which is the key thing for staffing world. Patience is a virtue which she do not possess. POS.

So, their goal is to keep the employee chained to themselves in shackles for 5 years in general but now they're really sad since employees who get EAD after I-140 will leave them as soon as they get it. (The CEO of this company is lobbying to kill a bill that would give employees EAD after filing I-140, he prefers they forcefully stay with his company for a long time) shame on you in calling yourself a company, you're the reason high skilled immigrants get a bad name. Have you ever tried to think about why people would want to leave you as soon as they get EAD - because you're using the system to enslave them.
