They have the nerve to offer (bribe??) 10 off next visit for providing a positive review. Is that their way of trying to get their poor reviews lifted?? I would give zero stars if possible. They could save their money and just pay a competent person to work there, and they would not have to bribe customers to do "false" reviews just to get 10 off. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They should be ashamed of themselves for having someone representing this company that doesn't understand the business AND does not have any customer service skills. Find another print shop, there are many around, for the same price level. Or just go to Staples like I did. Unbelievable that a business bribes for reviews. I guess I better not rely on reviews the same way I used to.

I tried to get a letter printed onto my own letterhead (good quality bond) (350 copies), and the Manager of Staples refused as he claimed it had to be on the paper supplied by Xerox in case my paper damaged their machine! I was mortified! So I thought to try Insource in the North Hill, Calgary. To my delight, the task was immediately done by Sandy, right on the spot! I was relieved to say the least and very happy that they did not have any problems whatsoever with printing on my own stationery! Sandy was very pleasant and professional, as was Katie on the phone, walking me through how to post a google review as I have never posted one before. I will not go to Staples "printshop" ever again (maybe just for supplies). And will always go to InSource for my printing needs. Regards, Nancy

Wow! Amazing service! I needed 2000 business cards with less than 1 days notice and they did it no problem. They also offer a student discount and they respond to emails very quickly! Thanks again.
