Staff (Roz) was outstanding and went out of her way to help me. On Canada day my trailer blew a tire 1 Km south of the Innisfill beach off ramp. With everything was closed in the area and I needed to store my trailer with my equipment loaded on the trailer. I called storage Mart and even though they were closed, Roz came to the office and secured a locker to store my trailer till I was able to get a replacement wheel. Kudos for such kind and thoughtful staff. Thanks

We needed a small unit to store a few things during a family transition. After speaking with several local companies, I decided to rent from Storage Mart. From my initial inquires, until closing the account, the manager, Crystal, was extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I have no hesitation recommending the Innisfil location.
The lady that helped me set up my account was very pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to associate with. My friend also has a unit with storage mart and said they are amazing I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone

After being in another facility, I switched to Innisfil Storage Mart. I am so glad I did. I have been there for 2 years now and love it. The service is amazing and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Great location and easy to get to, which was a one of the items I was looking for when looking for storage. With the research I did with other storage place in the area, they were the best price around.
