I had an MRI done today at the Inland Imaging in the Sacred Heart medical building. The staff there is great. They were very patient and considerate and helped me feel comfortable even though they had to help me a lot. A very good experience and a great crew. Barbara Williams

Inland imaging is always very quick to call me and schedule appointments as soon as I'm authorized by my insurance.they really expedite the process and I appreciate that so so much .They are always friendly and informative, and professional.If it is your first time here an easy way to know where to go is go to the lobby ,and then they will direct you because it's on that same floor just to the right. Also ,inland imaging has many different locations so make sure to write down the exact address that you are told .

They sent me to the “Sacred Heart Location” it’s the ER!!! I’ve been here for 5 hours and counting... no scan yet... Found out 2 weeks later that the location is across the street from the ER. I was at the ER for 9 unnecessary hours if they only said where the real location was when I asked. I straight up told the guy at check-in that I had an appointment and I don’t think I’m in the right spot. He told me to take a seat and they will see me shortly
