My daughter started K last year and is finishing up 1st grade this year. We absolutely LOVE Independent! The teachers, the administration, everyone in that Lower School are amazing. I started Working at the school this year, and I love It even more now! I’ve gotten to know some of the staff at the Middle School and Upper School - and these people care so much about the kids and ensuring they are ready for LIFE! We are so blessed to be a part of the Independent community.

What a great experience for all of us. To be invited to play at such a nice stadium for FBU Super Regionals in December 2016. The stadium and the people were really nice. Stadium and field were beautiful. The faculty should be proud of what they offer their students as well as their staff.

I knew two kids that went from kindergarten through high school at independent that were immediately accepted at an Ivy League school and the US Naval Academy because of the top quality education they received there! Now I have a niece that attended both kindergarten and first grade and I am completely blown away by her teachers and the programs they offer! What I wouldn’t have given to have had that same education and experiences when I was in grade school! It is rated the top private school in Wichita for a reason!

4.20/10 would not learn here again. Best teachers ever and cultures students, but most of administration is fake and cant get their stuff together unless it involves them making money for sports or god knows what. Maybe should have gone somewhere else but oh well cant change the past

SOooo much drama, and if your even one bit different, good luck making friends. Half the people in the HS, are a bunch of poise asses who put themselves on a pedestal. But hey, if you break the rules or even sexually assault/ abuse someone you can get away with it by paying your way to the top. The administration needs to work on their disciplinary issues. Assault is not okay; neither is bullying. We’re taught this in kindergarten people..... yet money is worth more than the education/ safety of the students. It used to be a good school, but honestly, it’s gone wayyy downhill.
