Is terrible, this enterprise this expensibe and abusive, the ofice here in orlando fl i send my box they cover me more when the box is in colombia, arrive open and damage plus they cover 50 box extra 4 deliver. I dont recoment dont waste you money

This company doesn't even deserves a star. Very Poor handling of boxes heading to Venezuela. And very terrible and not even remote professional with their tracking services. I hand over two boxes on 4/26/2018 with a promise that they would be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks and today is the 6/6/2018 and my 2 boxes hasn't been delivered yet. My advice for those people that what to have their boxes ship to any part of the country of Venezuela DON'T, DO NOT! USE IMPERIO CARGO . INSTEAD USE LIBERTY EXPRESS CARGO. MORE RELIABLE AND ON TIME!!!!!!!
