The shed is serviceable and good enough to not bother returning but the quality control was appalling (mouldy wood, full of holes, chips and breaks) and the quality of the fixtures were poor as well (nails with no grips and couldn't hold the (torn) roofing felt down). I have some woodworking skills and primarily bought the prefab to save time so I can add a plywood layer to the inside to make it usable as a shed for me but honestly, the quality was pretty atrocious.

Awful. No customer service whatsoever ever. Obviously took money very promptly but said I’d be contacted day before delivery. Never happened. Missed two delivery dates with nothing. Despite me ringing and emailing. Telephone just rang off and when I was called back the person sounded bored and disinterested. No point of contact either - just a nameless email with vague promises. WORST company I have dealt with in a long time. Shed is adequate at best too - which for 1600 is just gutting really. I was so excited too! I don’t believe I’m uptight but communication with something like a shed delivery is helpful. I took time off work to be here and no one bothered to let me know either way which is unacceptable. Do not buy from this company is my advice. One star is one too many
The ordering process was great and I got a lot of help to try to get what I wanted to be delivered. Delivery process was not too good, mainly because they had issues getting stuff out of the warehouse. The quality of the shed was not what I was expecting. The base did not fit the floor of the shed. The doors don't fit properly. As a result, the walls dont fit properly. I paid over 300 for installation, which was one guy who I had to help for three hours so he did not end up having to drive all night to get to his other deliveries. This I thought was very poor value for money as the whole point was that I did not have to be there to help. Struggling to give three stars but feeling sorry for the delivery guy and as I said, the ordering process and young lady there was very helpful. Let down by the quality of goods coming out of their factory in my honest opinion.
Ordered a Summerhouse, deluxe 8x8 octagonal - company changed the design slightly to meet our specific needs. Delivery was arranged to suit us. Guys who delivered and erected the summerhouse were great, friendly, worked really hard to get it done, staying socially distant. We are really pleased with how it looks in the garden. This is such a difficult time for all companies and it sounds as though iLike Sheds have had unprecedented demand for garden sheds etc. We have been really pleased with our experience.
