I've had the privilege to work for IGM as a lead copywriter and digital marketer. IGM Creative Group's strength is its promotion of a cross-functional work environment, with close collaboration from the design and creative teams. The ease of accessibility to other employees all the way up to the President, means work is completed in a timely fashion and clients' vision for their respective brands is realized in the most effective way. The level of individual accountability and degree of self-autonomy, reinforced by friendly, motivating employees make this an ideal work environment for those who wish to challenge themselves to produce their best work. IGM Creative Group is one of the more creative agencies around. The staff is professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of marketing and creative advertising and they promote team work. I had the pleasure of working on there and experiencing exciting projects that I may not have been exposed to elsewhere.
