Just completed the virtual 21 Day Yoga Journey with Maureen, Monica and Celina! What an amazing experience! I have taken many courses and sessions with people such as Deepak Chopra and Sonia Choquette. I also have my Reiki Master certificate so have studied a lot! These ladies are super knowledgable, kind and inspired to teach. They shared their your knowledge and passion for the science and philosophy of yoga and of Ayurveda. The videos, Q&A/Zoom discussions and the workbook pages were very helpful and furthered my learning. I feel energized physically, spiritually and emotionally but a bit sad the program is over! Highly recommend anything hosted by these three gifted and inspired teachers!

Such an amazing experience! The first time I attend a yoga class I was very nervous, but the whole experience was lovely. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the class was wonderful. I high recommend that if you are looking for a yoga studio, this is the place!

I love the vibe at the studio. Some excellent Hot Yoga classes. Wish there were more weekend classes.The diner food smells are my least favourite part of going to Igita.
