Had many issues with with top marks in ashton (more local to me) with getting a coat for my daughter turned up twice when my item was supposdd to be in the first time there was no item and the second time it was 6 years to big for her, so called kids stop to ask if they stocked them i was greeted very plesently and told they could stock this coat the next day for me and at 7 pound cheaper than i had paid elsewhere, got a call the next day to tell me they had managed to stock my coat the same day as i sounded like i was in a rush but i had not seen my text. 5 star customer service and 100% will be back anytime i need anymore school items

Excellent service in the shop even at high volume times. Although the shop is small its very well organised and the staff really know thier product. The website is a great addition, really user friendly and simple to navigate around. We ordered to pick up from the shop just before the schools went back so right in the middle of the mad uniform rush with no delay to the order being ready.
Fantastic shop. Really helpful. I ordered the wrong item and size online. They called and said to come into store and exchange. 5* Will use again and again and would recommend .
My 16 year old went in for uniform for the start of the school year, they didn't have his size for a blazer, jumper and jog pants for Longdendale. They told him they would order them, my son paid for them then went back to pick up the items at a later date, only receiving the blazer and jumper, they told him they would contact him when the jog pants arrived. We are now in November and still have not got them, i have sent them a message via their web page with no response and tried to call but it rings out and the only day I am able to go is a Sunday when they are closed. Seriously bad service, and theft in my eyes as we paid for the item!
Placed the order online and it was ready for collection the following day. Good quality for the price. Very happy :-)
