Excellent communication, product and service from Tracy Radcliff, an experienced and knowledgable custom manufacturer. He was able to quickly and correctly manufacture custom bunking for our unique situation. Thanks also to Hurricane for sponsoring the transportation for the Stuart Boat Show - very generous and nice way to show their commitment to being part of the local community.

I've used hurricane twice, super happy with both lifts. Good resale market so I was able to sell old lift years later to help pay for upgraded bigger new lift. I live on a deep canal that's not easy to install in and have always felt Hurricane supported me with special requests, long cables etc and always have been super responsive.

8-10 weeks promised. 20 weeks now without a lift. Karri won't take my calls anymore. Very disappointing. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Not a good business model.

This is the absolute worst group to deal with. I have been waiting 8 months for a lift. I would not use this group for anything. Promise after promise. No communication, no call backs. Absolutely ridiculous. They actually made the excuse it took 4 months to get the survey due to the gopro was broken. I was told i was the first priority when my lift came in. Yeah here we are, new boat delivering and no lift. Its been in for a couple of weeks. I’ve called twice and no call back, one email stating the prior friday. Absurd! BUYER BE WARNED!!!

Met the guys from Hurricane Boat Lifts at the AC Boat Show, they were very informative, super helpful and patient with all of my questions and delivered a great product on time and without any issues.
