what great place . no one left out don't matter of your skill level . all the staff are friendly and you made to feel welcome. Shaun is great with young kids making training fun and interesting. can't recomend them enough young old or like me mid life crisis . I made friends for life .

Excellent Training Staff who are very supportive and encouraging. There are several sessions for the different age groups. The well maintained Gym is equipped with everything you need. Take a look for your self you will be made very welcome.
Been going to Shauns gym for years doing one to one s enjoying it more now than ever .Shaun is a fantastic teacher and a throughly nice bloke .I ve watch him training the kids and he s great would totally recomend him .
