Everyone was welcoming and compassionate about the animals! They made me feel comfortable by encouraging me to take my time and meet numerous cats. In the Covid Era, I was nervous about the process as a whole. By the end of my cat's adoption I felt confident I had made the right decision. Supporting your local shelter is supporting your community.

I've supported the Humane Society for many years. I find them a vital part of the community. Spay/neuter services, shots, adoption and surrender. Give them a call. super helpful staff and can make appointments online.

We got our second cat here about a month ago. We went on a weekend and the shelter got super busy right as we were showing up. A very friendly volunteer was there on her off day and told us about the personality of the cat we were interested in. The girls working there all had a good attitude and did their best to be helpful given how busy it was. Things were a little disorganized, but everyone was doing their best. This was by far the shortest and easiest application process I've seen at any agency. We ended up with an absolutely awesome cat.
