Google maps info says in store shopping. When I went in one member of staff just started shaking his head as i walked in. Very rude. Refused to even answer a simple question I had so I know what exactly to order online. So I went opposite the road to cheshire tiles. They met me at the door and advised me everything I needed in a safe manner. The staff at topps tiles were very rude. Aggresive and rude and unhelpful. Cheshire tiles opposite at least advised me from a safe distance.

Very impressed by the staff here. From measurements to calculations to just being very helpful. They've been fab both times I've been. Nothing too much trouble.

Extremely helpful manager, brought some man-made tiles and find a very hard time to put them on my chimney, kept crumbling when I explain this to the store manager and showed him what I meant, he Apologised and gave me some tiles free, also assured me if there is any problem come back. Thank you.
Great staff as usual, visit every week for materials etc.
