Upon placing our house for sale the photo's used was awful. The guy used a flash which made every colour in the house look completely different. If they had done this properly he'd have used a tripod to negate the use of a flash or colour corrected afterwards. We repeatedly got viewing from clients who just wasn't interested. It seemed they'd had the viewing pushed on them by Whitaker's, with most of the prospective buyers not even been in a position to buy the home. Multiple no shows and the feedback after a viewing was totally non existent apart from one single occasion. We did eventually sell but the buyer had made multiple offers with other homes and ours fell through. Despite numerous phone calls and emails they failed to remove our sold sign and replace with a sale sign. I ended up removing this myself after watching people drive up to the house to look and then drive off under the belief it was sold. We sold again and that also fell through.
