huge place with a great layout and fair prices. We went during the day and the discount rates were nice. Computers seemed fast, comfortable chairs, nice headphones. The setup with the Xboxes was nice as well, nice cushy chairs there. The game selection isn't extensive but they certainly have all the new titles. On the PCs, a few games wouldn't load for some reason so it took us over 15 minutes just to get going.

Great place. It's kept clean, which can be hard for places like this. Everything works pretty well and it's not hard to have a smooth experience there. There is always a place to play and the staff is really nice. Would definitely recommend if you like to game with friends.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Came in from out of state to have the kids play for a few hours since the kids have enjoyed playing at another location. Paid for 2 of the 5 in our group and then they inform me they don't have any of the games we came to play as a group. Refused to give me a refund. After 20 minutes of going back and forth with them they called security to kick me out. Had to demand a receipt, was told that the time may be able to be used at other locations "in theory" but couldn't guarantee it. Told me to call manager on duty in 3 hours. Returned 3 hours later and manager wasn't there, said I had to leave and called security again. Manager showed as security arrived. Explained situation and was refunded my money. Bunch of tools work there, never heard of a store stealing your and calling security to remove you. Won't be back to any Howies locations, horrible customer service, and worst part is the kids didn't get to play and have fun. Will stick to Dave & Busters next time....they appreciate your business. All over 28 and a stubborn employee that was poorly trained.

Great fun place to hang all night. 24 hours too. I go every 3 Weeks and its always awesome. Staff seem tired but are always willing to help asap. Computers play games in hd quality. I love it!

I used to love coming here. But after today I will never go back. A whole row, the one me, my fiancé and nephew were sitting at, of computers crashed 4 times within an hour. We were all in games at the time and we got a penalty because the computer crashed. Walked away to tell them what had happened and when we were away they threw away our drinks. They told us to move to a different row so we did and within 15 minutes our comps crashed for a fifth time. I understand that this happens but when we asked for a refund they told us it was not in their policy to be able to do so. And that there was nothing they could do for us. So we spent 45 to sit around and wait for the computers to turn back on 5 times. It is a nice and fun place but get your stuff together and if you can't then at least do something about it for your customers!

We got there and immediately went to the computers. Honestly, it took us so long to find computers just because half of them have headphones that don't even work. After we find computers, I'm sitting there like a seat away from my friends because the seat next to me is broken. FINALLY, after we find computers, couldn't play many games of League. Why? Their connection lagged so much. Also their monitors have a weird resolution, although that's not much of a complaint. Overall, the experience wasn't very fun. I was there about 8 hours just chilling with mates, didn't really play much only 3 games. They need to do some serious quality upgrades on their computer section. End of review.

If your looking for a good and resent review look no further. First of all the price's are fair if your going to be doing an all day pass but the 1,2 and 3 hour pass's are a little steep but all in all there good. They used to have bad inter net problems but they fixed it by putting in fiber optic cable and i promise you will not have that problem anymore. As for food there price's are OK at best but there are many place's to eat with in walking distance that are cheap if that what your looking for as well as nice sit down restaurants. The staff is made up of, ya you guessed it GAMER'S. They are very friendly and if you ever have a problem they are very quick to fix it. All in all Howie's Game Shack is a great place for birthday party's, lane party's or just hang out to meet new friends and talk game's.

Howie's is my friends and my fav. Place to go and "relax" we have a blast and the staff are freaking hilarious :) they take the fun u have and multiply it by like 20. Also, they have a great selection of games to choose from
